Return Guidelines
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Return Window: Returns must be made within 60 days of receiving the item and should be in its original packaging.
- Contact for Return Authorization: Before sending the item back, please contact us via email at info@pearlamycom to obtain a Return Authorization.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
- Condition of Returned Items: Any jewelry that has been worn or modified cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in unused and unopened condition.
- Customer Responsibility for Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different one:
- Contact Us First: Please reach out to us before sending anything back for an exchange.
- Exchange Window: Exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If any damage is found, document it with photos and contact us at info@pearlamy.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will process a claim on your behalf.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
